Customer Support System

01

Source Control:

Leveraging founders Erich and Sophie's deep expertise in Europe's finest quarries, we have established a comprehensive quality control system spanning geological assessment of sources, selection of extraction faces, and block cutting. We do not just purchase stone; we participate in and define its initial quality with near-fanatical standards. This fundamentally eliminates material defects, ensuring every piece of stone you receive boasts indisputable provenance, optimal physical properties, and aesthetic appeal, laying a foundation for the centuries for your project.
02

Inventory Security: Pre-positioned Strategic Buffer

We maintain strategic stockpiles of core and rare varieties at our Shanghai Design Centre and Fujian Shuitou Supply Chain Hub. This is more than a warehouse; it is a dynamic "Material Bank", designed to buffer against global supply chain uncertainties and provide immediately accessible resources for urgent or high-end projects. This significantly reduces lead times for materials with long cycles, enhances project planning certainty and flexibility, and provides crucial support, especially when facing tight deadlines, design changes, or unforeseen demands.
03

Material Selection Consulting: Agile & Flexible Solution Experts

Our consulting service is rooted in a powerful "Agile and Flexible Supply Chain" capability. This means we can not only quickly match from our extensive inventory but also dynamically mobilize our collaborative network in Shanghai, Shuitou, and even Europe based on your design concept, budget, and timeline, providing multiple feasible comparative options (e.g., cost-performance comparisons within the same color family from different quarries, optimal slab cutting layouts, combined applications of sintered stone and natural stone).
04

Technical Detailing: Precise Translation from Drawing to Construction

Our experienced technical team specializes in construction drawing development. Based on the finalized stone layout, we produce a complete set of technical documents including numbered
layout plans, fabrication drawings, detail drawings, and load calculation reports, ensuring the dimensions, craftsmanship, and installation method for every stone piece are clearly defined. This greatly reduces on-site errors and rework risks, provides contractors with precise "installation manuals," guarantees 100% realization of the design intent, and meets stringent structural safety and building code requirements.
05

Professional Delivery:

Delivery is not the end of transportation. We execute standardized procedures for pre-shipment protection, scientific packaging, logistics tracking, and on-site handover. Each batch of materials
is accompanied by a unique identification and document package (including quality inspection reports, copies of fabrication drawings, etc.), ensuring information and physical goods arrive simultaneously.
06

Acceptance & Maintenance:

We provide professional guidance on completion acceptance standards and develop personalized long-term stone maintenance plans for you. Whether offering maintenance advice for different environments (e.g., high-traffic lobbies, private bathrooms) or providing professional maintenance products and technical services, we are committed to helping stone last beautifully.
